In addition to developing our innovative analogous materials, we have established a comprehensive technological philosophy for building specialised production facilities and adapting existing chemical synthesis plants to accommodate our new solutions. Our approach includes optimising chemical processes to ensure seamless integration with current infrastructure. We have tested these processes in a chemical synthesis plant in Central Asia to confirm their practicality and effectiveness.

Currently, we partner with various ISCC PLUS, FSC and REACH compliant blenders and synthesis plants. These facilities undergo auditing and homologation procedures conducted by Bio Base East Europe SRL to guarantee the highest standards of quality, traceability, transparency, and accountability in manufacturing.
